He is THE doctor you want to see in Emergency. He believed my daughter when she explained what the pain was because it was so awful I couldn't talk. I wanted to die and that's no drama, it was the most horrible pain I ever experienced and he showed me compassion and did all the right things. Thank You Dr. Hancock

Dr. Hancock needs a lesson or two in bedside mannerisms. He is most disinterested in what the patient has to say and barely gives 30 seconds to an emerg. patient. Cuts you off in midsentence. Very standoffish and curt.
