I met Dr. Austen for a consultation and I was hesitant to have surgery. He reassured me in a very kind and friendly manner. Very easy to talk to and humble. The day of the surgery he was the same way, kind, friendly and approachable. A very nice guy. I am feeling well and recovering. I think he did a very good job.

Very knowladgable and helpful before and after surgery, Carying and patient answering all questions. I would strongly recomend Dr. Austen especially to the breast cancer patients.
