excellent response from reception on phone and in person Dr Dantzer gave me much of his time but his ability to listen wasnt as good as the advice he was giving. He clearly has all the expertise in the area of the shoulder I was dealing in but he never physically looked or examined the shoulder relying on MRI and radiologists report. I taked of where pain was but he didnt really listen. As the patient you want to fully understand what the alternatives are and exactly the surgery and outcome for yourself and your lifestyle.I left not absolutely sure if the operation would leave me being able to play sport effectively. You have 95% chance of success he said but never explained if that meant in physical activity which is the reason I would only have the surgery Referred me on to his good physios.Alround excellent -
