Temps d'attente incroyable et tu n'as pas le droit de demander. Apres une heure d'attente j'entre enfin, je ne me suis meme pas assis, elle dit je te réfère a un spécialiste ! OK, la j'attends encore une autre heure pour avoir mon papier de reference. La secretaire est tellement 'rude', aucun service, tout le monde dans la salle était en malaise avec elle (genre je m'enfous de vous, ne m'adressez pas la parole)

I visited the clinic in emergency about some symptoms I have been concerned about. The doctor refused to give me the prescription for blood work, saying she had enough patients and she is busy and that I need to find my own doctor. I took some time off work and was not able to get any help. She did not listen to me, did not look at me, she wanted me out of her office. Her desk was nothing but a pile of hundreds of papers and she used that as an excuse not to help me.
