Dr. Quinton was very cold and uncaring She made sarcastic remarks. Took advantage of our vulnerability and lack of knowledge on small cell lung cancer. My husband died of lung cancer. If it wasn’t for me pushing for further help Dr. Quinton would have given up on my husband. She had no intention of helping. She caused a great deal of stress. She basically said my husband was at fault for having lung cancer . because he smoked. Research tells a different story. I had to push for information and further testing. We went through a living hell. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Quinton diagnosed and attempted to treat my husband. He had lung cancer 2014. He died 2015. Dr. Quinton as very sarcastic, mean, uncaring,no empathy, down right ignorant. Higher than thou attitude. I believe the positive comments as this Dr. is selective in who she treats respectfully and who gets the abusive ignorant attitude. She treated my husband and me horribly. She insinuated it was my husbands fault he had lung cancer. If not for my insistence we would not have been referred to Dr. Jonathan Wong. He was totally professional, caring, and understood how terrified people can be with a diagnosis of aggressive cancer. Dr. Quinton left CVH and went to Trillium. We decided not to follow her and got Dr. Elizabeth Strievel. Same thing. Higher than thou attitude. No compassion. Takes a look at you and figures your not worth treating. Horrible experience at CVH other than with Dr, Wan. Another male oncologist filling in for Dr. Quinton gave false hope. Better to go to Princess Margaret Hospital. They truly care and give you their all.
