Dr. Tetley was the ERP on duty at San Pen when I was brought in by ambulance from a neighbouring island. He was friendly but professional in his efforts to put patients at ease. He very competently did all the right investigations including a needle aspiration of my not so apparent septic ankle and arranged my transfer to an orthopedic surgeon at a larger hospital. As a retired physician I appreciated all aspects of his care including straightforward communications.
