After taking my 74 year old mother to this doctor having been referred to him by his father. After taking my mother for the initial consultation we were informed if the surgery was done in Stoney Plain it could be done in two months, as opposed to waiting 4 months having him do it at the Royal Alek. Well three months after waiting for this so called phone call I began to call this Dr.'s phone number. THREE WEEKS calling two to three times a day it went to his voice mail, which was full so no message could be left. After calling the Royal Alek main number a lady said she would email his office to call. Well TWO more weeks passed and they finally called with a date for the appointment. This appointment being 4 months later then we were initially told. Then when we are given the date they DO NOT give you a time until the day before. This might work in the big cities, but when you have to drive 250km in the winter it's a pain in the @ss. Apparently our time is not as valuable as this m0r0n. Then when we asked where the place was in Stoney Plain the receptionist says "it's by the McDonalds". Well is there one, two or three in Stonet Plain? How the frick should I know. After getting the address we find its at the bloody HOSPITAL! How hard would it have been to say that? We were 60mins early for her appointment, as they told us to be 15mins early. Needless to say our time means nothing as we waited 30mins past her scheduled time of surgery. Then the next week these m0r0ns NEVER even called with a time for her appointment. I called the two numbers AFTER THE 4PM TIME FRAME they gave use only to hear the lovely recording again saying they were closed. So I called the Stoney Plain hospital to confirm she had an appointment, though they could not give me a time. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS GUY. HIM AND HIS ADMIN STAFF ARE PATHETIC. THEY SEEM TO FORGET WHO PAYS THEIR WAGES!!!
