New patient
My first appointment with Dr. Tailor further to a referral from my family doc. She was very pleasant, did not rush me, and provided me with a sensible follow-up plan since my family doc had forgotten to send my file (ie. she will call me after reviewing it rather than schedule another appointment). I waited about 15mins (not long comparatively speaking).

Excellent Endocrinologist and very polite. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile with respect to communication.
