Dr Charlene Dunn has been my primary doctor for 25 years. She also cares for my children, my brother, his wife, their children, and my mother. Dr Dunn has always treated our issues, and us, with care and respect. She does not always write a prescription, sometimes diet, vitamins,exercise, or lifestyle changes are what she recommends. She does refer to specialists when required. She is diligent with follow up. She has a busy practice, and does not always work full time, so sometimes it takes a week to get in to see her; however, she spends as much time as required with patients, and does not rush you out of her office. When she is away, she has top quality doctors cover for her; and she reviews patient's files when she returns. Her office staff are always friendly and welcoming. She has personally called members of my family with test results, giving the results over the phone, and not making the worried patient wait days for an appointment. I am very happy that Dr Charlene Dunn is my family doctor, and I trust my health to her.
