Dr Desjardins is very nice and will (mostly) take time to answer all your questions, but this also means that you will have to wait for your appointments, she is always late. Her personal policy is to charge $65 for doctor's note (ex. that's indicate your due date to submit to HR), compared to the clinic's policy of charging $30.

She charged a lots of money in cash. Even though at last,it is left some money she did not return them to me. And give me some receipts which were fabriced.She always said she was not sure I need a blood test. I Did 5 times blood tests as a pregnancy women. Every time the results was normal. I think if you think yourself is a good doctor and you would like to charge more money than others ,you must explain clearly to your patients. But she said you will get all the money back and it is the insurance company did not want to pay.

I had a great experience because of her. She is such a lovely person. Gives her patients all the time they need and answer clearly to all the required questions. Her smile during the diagnosis makes it very comfortable. When asking her to have a copy of my file, she was very easygoing about it. I wished to have her too through the delivery but she made it clear since the beginning that she works with a team and it is not necessssary to be there during the delivery. this is the rule in Montreal anyways. I was blessed to have her .

Très positive, attentive, souriante. Dre Desjardins m'a suivi pour ma grossesse. Son assistante (secrétaire) Sheryl est excellente aussi.
