We found that she had blanket statements that she seems to use. Don't interupt her as she might have to start over in order to remember her prepared diagnosis. She doesn't want to hear all the symtoms in order to come to her diagnosis. We were really hoping for a little more information than a shoulder shrug. Thank goodness for the nurse we had, she was super sweet.
