Frank Spray
I cut my hand while operating a table saw and lost the end of my ring finger and badly damaged my index and middle fingers. I required reconstruction of both nerves and tendants on all 3 fingers. Dr Knight grafted nerve tissue from my wrist with the possibilty the graft being so long might not work. I am happy to say it did. I know have almost full function and feeling in my hand. Beyond the success of the surgery, Dr. Knight was always friendly and very helpful in explaining what to expect and what I needed to do to improve my recovery. I will always be very grateful to Dr. Knight and the rest of the staff at South Lake for all their kindness and support.

Dr.Knight was very kind and informative while informing me of the severity of my hand injury. She is intelligent yet easy to talk to. I trust her opinion and her work. I highly recommend her as a doctor who you can trust!

Dr. Casey Knight just did my reduction on June 12/14. She was absolutely fantastic. She has been the best from the first day I walked into her office. She is knowledgable, so nice & puts you right at ease Dr. Casey Knight is nothing short of stellar!! Just AMAZING! I could never say enough about Dr. Knight and would definetly highly recommend her. If you want a Dr that excels at what she does & with such compassion and a real sweetheart, then Dr. Casey Knight isthe one for you. She is so pleasant & thorough and easy to talk to. Dr C Knight makes you feel good about your decision and treats you with such compassion & respect. Amazing & stellar physician, wonderful women! Loved her❤

Dr. Casey Knight is a champion, extremely competent and passionate about her work. Dr. Knight 'rebuilt' my badly damaged hand at South Lake Hospital in Jan of 2011 - at the time of the accident (I slipped while carrying a 100lbs motor, the crankshaft went right thru my hand, braking every finger and tearing up the tendons & muscles etc.) I was in big trouble; they suspected this might be a life changing injury. Not so, on May 1st I was able to ride my motorcycles again and get back into the gym!
