Dr. Lydell was prompt and efficient. I'm a man and needed an ultrasound on my testicles and she, and her assistant, made me feel quite comfortable under the circumstances. The other good thing was that I only had to wait about 2 minutes in the waiting room before they brought me in. Overall it was a good experience.
