Dr. Au was very pleasant and professional, casting my fractured wrist in a most comfortable and healing way. For the benefit if the intern, he illustrated the correct (comfortably firm) hold on my arm to administer treatment. Altogether he provided the best foot forward for this injured patient, in a manner superior to subsequent applications. He's very highly spoken of by the ER staff and St. Michael's and patients like myself are very lucky to have him on staff.
