Dr. Rocca poked me and stucked his needle in my bone, on top of my hand, before a recent lumpectomy performed by a very competent surgeon. I thought Rocca had never anesthetize before. I compare him to a heart surgeon who wouldn't be able to find the heart he has to operate on. I advise anyone to stay away from him. He also told me prior to the surgery that I was having JUST a lumpectomy!
