The visit was very upsetting as the doctor was very distracted and indifferent. Dr. B. Kaila ignored the fact that 66 years old lady had been in very severe abdominal pain for 44 days and was under strong pain medication. Beside that Dr. B. Kaila discounted the fact that 66 years old woman had 4 emergency visits. Dr. B. Kaila came to conclusion that 66 years old women was in good condition and did not need any urgent medical services based only on blood test (blood test was unremarkable). She refused to investigate the case. In tears, I insisted that she spent more time with us and suggested some kind of treatment for 66 years old women, my mother. It was very unpleasant experience with Dr. B. Kaila. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Currently, my mother, 66 years old women is still in very severe pain. We are waiting for another GI appointment that was recommended by the doctor at Wall-in clinic.
