Dr.Baxter has been my family physician for a great many years. his knowledge and understanding in ALL fields is impeccable. I would never want another physician as they would not compare to Dr.Baxter.

dr baxter has been my doctor for 33 yrs and delivered 4 of 5 of my children...he has went above and beyond for me several times...I appreciate him and respect him always...I don't believe there is a more caring doctor anywhere in Renfrew county....nor a better smelling doc either....:)

Search for Dr. Baxter on the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario website. https://doctors.cpso.on.ca/ Allegations of Dr. Baxter’s professional misconduct have been referred to the Discipline Committee of the College. It is alleged that Dr. Baxter engaged in sexual abuse of and/or disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct, including by engaging in a sexual relationship with a patient, including sexual intercourse; sexual abuse of and/or disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct, including by engaging in sexual touching of a patient during a medical appointment; and disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct by providing inaccurate and/or misleading information to the College during its investigation, and by inappropriately combining treating and personal relationships with patients. Dr. Baxter is a 70 year old physician who practises in Pembroke, Ontario. 2. Patient A and Patient B, whose identities have been disclosed under a separate cover, became Dr. Baxter’s patients in or about 1989 and 1992 respectively. 3. Dr. Baxter engaged in sexual abuse of and/or disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct, including by engaging in a sexual relationship with Patient A, including sexual intercourse. 4. Dr. Baxter engaged in sexual abuse of and/or disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct, including by engaging in sexual touching of Patient B during a medical appointment. 5. Dr. Baxter also engaged in disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct by: (a) Providing inaccurate and/or misleading information to the College during its investigation; and (b) Inappropriately combining treating and personal relationships with Patient A and Patient B.
