had him for emergency abdominal surgery at the Grace Hospital. Very good bedside manner, helpful, reassuring, knowledgable and answered all my questions.

He was irritated before I came into the room. Unprofessional comments and very bad attitude. I felt unsafe and uncared for. Woke up with pain part way through procedure. He wasn't being careful and was hurting me. I Had pain from the procedure for many days after. Left feeling abused. The staff around him were very professional and supportive to me. Thankful they made a terrible experience a bit better for me.
