I am not sure what to expect from a neurologist, however, the consult did not seem to be very thorough. Dr. Edguer was very polite, listened to my input and seemed to be sympathetic to my situation. The doctor did give a prescription but I was looking for a solution/ reason for my headaches and not a mask to cover up or to help deal with them. Again, my interpretation and/or expectations may have been really high as I had to wait quite awhile to see the specialist, just to be given the same treatment as any regular MD. that I have seem for the past 15 years. With that said, do I have a real complaint? No. Would I go see her again? YES.

If first impressions count we found her to be very knowlegeable and compassionate. Her treatment for migraines after brain surgery will take time to see if it works but she put her treatments into play immediately. Happy to have met her , and her dog puts animal lovers at ease when going to her office.Liked her receptionist very much,she was very efficient the day we went in regarding booking treatment.

The absolute worst professional in any field of accreditation. This is reflected in the staff. Vanessa, the secretary needs to be fired for the way that she speaks to the patients. I am absolutely appalled at the level or courtesy that this office demonstrates. There is no excuse for the behavior that could be described. Absolutely disgusting.

I was diagnosed with MS in August a year ago (2015)and was told I would be started on medication as soon as I was back from a pre-planned vacation (in October). Upon my return her office was closed patients were NOT notified and I was left until December without a treatment plan. It's impossible to get any answers through her absolutely incompetent receptionist and I don't think messages are passed along. I feel like my health and wellness doesn't matter to her. I requested a change in medication and because my benefits require her to fill out some paperwork, I have now been "referred" elsewhere. Good riddance. Maybe now I'll be actually looked after.
