As the father of a patient of Dr. Jacobson, I take the initiative to voice my dissatisfaction in terms of the services as provided by him or by his supporting staff for that matter. Marc has been called into the office (2) weeks ago in order to receive the feed-back for the second opinion. Of course Marc was requested to provide his medical card, eventhough there was no consultation involved. Furthermore, there was no feed-back either which whould have allowed Marc to advise his doctor at Air Canada, who in turn would have given him the o.k. to resume his work in the cockpit. (2) weeks have gone by since, and still there is no pro-active feed-back, with the consequence that Marc is forced to stay at home. Independent of the emotional aspect which is the main criteria, Marc still cannot work, and as he is a new at Air Canada, he is not getting paid. Thanks for making an effort to communicate with Marc in a pro-active fashion, allowing him to finally getting back to living his life.
