The office is impossible to contact and when you do the level of communication within the office is non-existent. Dr. Joshi is not familiar with the Ministry of Transportation process or the forms that need to be completed to re-instate.

My 88 year old father is in hospital again. After recovering nicely from a colon resection, he resounded poorly and has had ongoing medical issues following his second round of chemo. It was discontinued. Keep in mind that before starting chemo, he had no issues, was managing very well on his own at home, still driving safely, monitors the stock markets etc. On this particular visit to ER, this Dr. was rude and totally disregarded the POA status and involvement of my fathesr's who has not only been a longtime friend (14 years) but who also has been a saint in caring for dad as we ( 4 daughters) are all far away). This Dr. provided negative opinions regarding dad's neighbour to a man who was not himself, confused, extremely dehydrated very tired. He put fear into my father and undermined a 14 year relationship. His practice was unethical and unprofessional. He refused to speak with the neighbour, did not respond to any requests from the family and literally acted like an arrogant, self-serving jerk who holds his opinion in very high esteem. He breached his Dr./ patient privilege by providing an opinion on someone he knows nothing about! Not only that, in refusing to follow up on requests by the family, he has put dad in danger again by planning on discharging him home "because dad said he could look after himself". He refused to put in CCAC services even though dad cannot look after his own meals; his feet are still healing from the chemo, he is a Insulin dependant diabetic and the doctor essentially told him he could eat what he wants (dad has a very strong sweet tooth and is now convinced he has cart blanche approval to eat all the chocolate and cookies he wants). Unprofessional, unethical.

Waited over an hour passed my appointment time to see him and I was the only one there. He had no interest in me other than where does it hurt today. Just a waste of my time but he still gets paid.

I spent time in Headwaters, this man made it so much worse, he is self centered and over opinionated, totally dissed my normal doctor by shaking his hand and saying he's just a GP. If it is not about him, and how good he thinks he is, then he is not interested. he would not sign my fit for work form as that was beneath him. His knowledge is flawed and thats simply dangerous. also if you don't give him the answer he wants he will talk over you, which is rude.

Was admitted to headwaters hospital following a er visit with extreme pain in kidney area. Dr in ER believed it was kidney stones. I had to be dosed multiple times with morphine to bring pain to a manageable level. Was admitted for a CT scan the following morning. At that time I was told Dr Joshi would be my dr. Had the scan at 930am by 2pm I had not even met him. I asked the nurse if he would be stopping by and she said she would send him to speak with me. Dr Joshi did not show up until 430. He brushed off my pain as muscle strain and did a cursory exam. He told me my belly is too soft for how long it's been since I had my baby and I should exercise when I get home. (He said while chuckling). He was rude, arrogant, inconsiderate and acted like I was wasting his time. In person I'd use stronger words to describe him.
