Mr Barale is halting a life saving service because he is afraid to help where the real doctors are. I cannot call him a doctor as he refuses to BE a doctor. He should set up a cozy practice instead of pulling his whole team from an emergency ward. My life was saved by the services offered at the hospitals like this, when I was having violent, vulgar uncontrollable seizures. Epilepsy. Mental health manifests in many (unconscious!!) forms and Mr Barale is unsuited to do his job. and Mr Barale would have left me for dead.
