Pharmacy drug dealer. He doesn't want you to speak at all and just wants to juggle you as much medication as possible for his own profit. He becomes angry if you decline to add more medication. At one point I explained that I really need someone to talk to for help and his exact words were "There is no one to talk to. You have to have harmed someone or yourself and be placed in an institution"
