Dr. Kaprielian looked after me at the Queensway Carlton Hospital when I had to go in after a fall, and some stomach pain. She was extremely friendly, patient, thorough, and made me feel like she really cared.

She was extremely rude to my elderly father and myself. Refused to speak to me as I am his POA and my father has documented short term memory issues after suffering an MI. She also told my father that I could not go to his Angio appt. and have to wait for HER to give us the results! Not true!!! a family member can be in the waiting room and after the pt. is stable in recovering you can wait with them at the Heart Institute to hear what the Dr.has to say.- ones that actually SPEAK to the family!

Dr. Anoush Kaprielaian was exceptional. A competent caring physician that exemplified the idea that health care is more than tests and results. A wonderful point person for a team of professions and always made me feel like part of that healthcare team. Again, another aspect of healthcare that is so often over looked. I can not say enough about the care I was provided by her. Her approach a given me renewed vigour to enthusiastically pursue better heath!
