Sometime you have to wait because not always do you get in on your time. Some patients take longer then others but I always bring hr a small hot chocolate. It puts a smile on her face. Anyway, I wouldn't change her as my Dr for nothing. Unless we move. I give Dr Annie Harvey 5 *****
