Usually very late, or doesn't show up at all. Has cancelled at the last minute. Very difficult for kids with emotional problems to deal with. Very inconsiderate to people who travel distances for appointments, especially with the price of gas and having to take time off work. Causes a lot of stress for families. If a patient cancels etc, she charges them.
