She working for insurance companies to write a false reports against accident victims. Her behaviour is extremely rude and making fun of patient. I will never recommend anyone to her.

I was sent to Dr. Czok in 2011 after a serious car accident by my Insurance company. I recall civilly putting my hand out to greet her when I entered her office into the reception area and she just looked at me like I had a third eye and horns and did not respond in kind. I thought... wow... she has a hate on for me and she doesn't even know me. Then she barked at me in the reception area - in front of other waiting patients - "Why are you using crutches you don't need those." I thought, wow again, this is definitely not going to go well. She was not even smart enough to hide her galactic bias! When she was done gruffly examining me, she just walked out of the examination room and left me standing in there (ON MY CRUTCHES.) After an inappropriate period of time I inquired if "we were done" and she barked from the other room, "YES... GO - NOW!" Again... I thought to myself, wow... and was happy and relieved to exit. Of course, as expected, she wrote a blatant and self-embarrassingly biased letter in favor of the insurance company and against me that ignored the multitude of honest and fair conclusions of other doctors and specialists that had examined me previously. Clearly (in my opinion) she is a "hired gun and mouth piece" for the insurance industry. My lawyer tore her and her fraudulent medical conclusions to shreds. Also found out that Dr. Czok was severely disciplined and reprimanded for her consistent Insurance biased misdemeanors by the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA in an MS case in 2005. She is a nasty piece of work in my personal opinion and does not possess the medical nor the moral ethics to know any better - or care - if she does know. She should definitely be run outta Dodge!

I accompanied my husband to see Dr Czok for treatment of severe headaches. She spent 20 minutes berating my husband for his previous courses of treatment, telling him that all of his other doctors (that he has been seeing for 10 years for chronic pain treatment) are wrong and he does not need pain medication or physiotherapy, he should be able to fix everything himself just by stretching! What a load of BS - just because you have a differing opinion does not mean that it's your way or nothing!! For someone who has had little to no relief from chronic pain for so many years, to have someone like her stand there and talk down to him was humiliating and defeating - not to mention infuriating for me to sit and listen to! If he didn't need the treatment we were there for we would have told her where she could shove her opinions and walked out...and of course the treatment didn't even work! If you have the option of visiting any other doctor besides her, please do it!

I question if this practitioner is even aware of appropriate advances in medicine. She was also incredibly rude and "man handled" me during an appointment unnecessarily. She is biased, and prejudicial, and one can not help but wonder who's ...... Should not be practicing...
