Had an experience of visiting her at Coxwell Ave. family health care unit. in both of the two separate cases my personal experience was that she would shrug off the seriousness of the symptoms and say that currently she cant arrive at a conclusion and just prescribe pain medication with an advice of doing some exercises. In both of my visits I lost a couple of months in false waiting due to Dr. Lathia's false initial advice when the subsequent visits to other doctors have revealed quite serious issues that never had to be delayed so much. This has been my personal experience. I cant accurately judge her knowledgeability and motivation to help patients. but in my case I will refuse to go back to her if possible or simply switch to another doctor.

Dr. Anita Lathia was one of my favorite Resident Doctors at Women's College Hospital. I was sorry when she was done with her Residency.
