If you ask her "Do you usually keep your patients 30 min in a closed exam room?" she will say:" yes that is my routine you can change your family doctor!" i have been waiting to visit her, for first time as my new family doctor in London, from September 2010 till 24th January 2011 and after 4 months waiting on the appointment day they guided me into exam room and in a closed area i waited more than 30 min and when she came to introduce herself for first time she asked me whether i have any question.... and i got my answer quickly as i described at the beginning. next time I go to her I try not to ask any question since this time she may guide me toward the exit door!!!! changing my family doctor is basically my business, i need somebody let her know it.
