Dr.Yu saved me from the extreme pain that I was suffering. I couldnt enough thank you to him. I received a epidural injection from him. The treatment was quick and painlessbut most of all, the shot was effective.Dr Yu was able to quickly and precisely pin point the correct injection spot. The shot calmed down the pain substantially within one day for me thanks to him.

My experience with Dr. Yu was honestly infuriating and deeply upsetting. From the moment he walked in, his attitude toward both me and my mum was shockingly condescending and dismissive. He came across as cold, rude, and completely lacking basic compassion. I have never felt so talked down to by a medical professional in my life. What made everything worse was the way he handled the procedure. In my experience, he gave absolutely no warning before putting the needle into my back, and it felt like he didn’t even wait for the anaesthetic to take effect before pushing ahead with the epidural. It was abrupt, painful, and incredibly distressing. I felt rushed, ignored, and treated like I didn’t matter. To add to all of that, I was given no after-care information, no guidance, nothing. It felt like he couldn’t get out of the room fast enough. The entire encounter left me shaking and in tears, and I’ve been bawling ever since I left. Dr. Yu’s behaviour turned an already stressful situation into something genuinely traumatic. The procedure itself felt harsh, aggressive, and completely lacking any gentle or caring approach whatsoever.
