Went to ER and had a cat scan done on my head from a nasty fall. ER referred me to Dr. Vargas after they found a mass in the back of my head. Office was dirty, he was very unprofessional. First informed me he couldn’t read my chart. Why he did not contact the hospital to comprehend it is beyond me. He had no clue I even had a CT scan done. He proceeded to press onto my neck, which had nothing to do with the mass inside my head and told me I just needed a chiropractor. Turns out I do now because it’s been sore and painful since the visit. He has no clue about what’s going on with his patients and doesn’t care or give them the time of day! Worst experience ever!! Get a second opinion!!

He left a message on my phone but didn't leave contact information. I called and called over two months and left messages but heard nothing back. (I got the number from my family doctor, who made the referral to him, and I even confirmed it was the right number after having no success reaching him.)
