Have had two surgeries performed by Dr Marshall. First was a straight forward arthroscopic which was done quickly, and and pre-operatively we had spoken at length what the expected outcome was. The second was an acl reconstruction, which pre-operatively we did speak about the pros/cons, risks, and so on. He was very polite, friendly, and had all sorts of time for you. Now we never discussed the procedure itself, but I am sure if I had asked, he would have answered. BUT, post operatively for my acl I have tried to speak with him about my concerns, and he just seems to be stuck on the surgeon "full of ones selfness". My concerns do not seem to be real. So I am having some real issues ever since this last surgery, which we knew was a risk anyways, but he did. Not listen the last time, it could not be the way I was saying it is. Not possible. Anyways, he was not very clear on his post operative instructions, and now I am paying for it. The end. Soldier on I guess.
