Dr. Chow is very kind ( and competant) and has gone well above usual office care to help me with a medical issue. The office tends to run slow, but possibly due to the time the doctor takes with the patients

Very patient doctor. very knowledgable and help me alot. Unfortunately, he is also very popular and difficult to get appointment

The receptionist is horrible and lacks any personal skills. The overbook alll the time. You will be waiting in the office for a good hour or two after your scheduled appointment time. The Dr will rush in and spend a few minutes with you. He comes across very knowledgeable but doesnt share information willingly unless you pull it out of him. He has too much on his plate and does not give the needed individualised attention to his patients.
