I was transferred to her as my family doctor because my original doctor has been away on maternity leave. Dr. Andrea Ross has been consistently late from day one claiming that her previous appointments ran late... She is extremely rude, passive and dismissive. Not the best feeling to have when your confiding in your so-called new ‘family doctor’. She doesn’t seem to have any motivation to want to help you find any answers to your questions, but instead dismisses them assuming that symptoms will go away by taking Advil. I booked an appointment with her for a Pap test, and had a few other questions which she, again dismissed telling me to book another appointment if I had other questions. She basically kicked me out saying, I won’t be answering those questions today so you should book another appointment. WOW... in complete disbelief.
