It is very unfair to rate Dr. Alicia Cheung as extremely bad by the previous voter. I like Dr. Cheung a lot. As compare with my previous family doctor, Dr. Cheung is so much better, she is always friendly and helpful, she spent the time in caring the patient and explaining the diagnosis to the patient.

She is very moody and inconsiderate. Some times in bad temper, which made me very uncomfortable. For example: 1) She once told me “you can only ask one question on one visit.” I guess she has an average time limit for one patient; 2) On another occasion, I was there for an annual check-up. The nurse asked me to take off all the cloths. Dr. Cheung showed up 10 minutes later and asked me some questions. Then she said “I have to go to the washroom” and left. I waited for almost 20 minutes naked with only a paper sheet covering me, cold and frustrated. When she finally came back, she said: “oh, we are late, I have another patient waiting.” She was then in such a hurry that she forgot checking this and that and my medicine.
