HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE..SAVE YOUR TIME AND SWITCH. After a long 4 months waiting, we found out that my appointment was booked with this doctor. When I read the reviews, I was anxious but still was hopeful that may be I will be positively surprised. She turned out to be worst than that. Absolutely terrified when I left her office. First of all, there is no staff. She doesn't even have a receptionist who will accept you and have you seated. No one knows her patients. We were wondering on the 4th floor, and waited in the neuro patients waiting area for 45min. No one came to call us and no one knows. After 45min, we thought we were sitting in wrong place and starter going in circle asking for direction. No one has a clue. Finally saw her coming down the hallway with clipboard and took us to a room. I thought ok things will go better from here. I am a sever patient of cervical deformation and in chronic pain everyday. I had two neurosurgeon recommendations for immediate surgery and I went to her with all the reports, MRI, Xray and other test reports. She Absolutely dismissed everything and very disrespectful pushed away all reports. Didn't even open them. She examined me so roughly without even caring my severe pain on my shoulder. She continuously hit me with her metal hammer so carelessly on my joints and bones, even after telling her multiple times that it's hurting. She could care less. I was shocked by how roughly she handled the examination, still I was patient. After all these, without even acknowledging any pain symptoms I shared or reviewing the medical reports, she suggested that I need to do exercise and swim. I can't even lift my phone due to the pain. She was so dismissive and arrogant. I begged her to look at my reports to see the sever deformation of my cervical spine but she didn't even touch. She is extremely unprofessional, very disrespectful, dismissive, no compassion, uncaring and arrogant. She doesn't care about what the patient is saying or going through. Only want to push the patient out of the room with arrogant remarks. She should not be in this profession. I have wasted very crucial 5months waiting for this horrible doctor. Now I am back in the line, will have to wait for another 5months. Instead of reviewing my conditions, my reports which took me 6months to do, she was pushing me to pain clinic and narcotics. I don't know how does the system benefits by keeping us sick for long run. Doctors like this are part of the whole setup. My advice, if you see her name, request for another one. You will save valuable life saving time. After the appointment today, now I am in sever pain all over my neck, shoulder and back because of her careless and forceful handling. DONT GO.
