I was admitted to the hospital on a Monday morning following a series of symptoms that could be signs of a stroke. I was booked for a Cat-Scan on Monday afternoon, but it turned out to be inconclusive, so I reluctantly agreed to stay overnight in the hospital. Dr. Mohsin was supposed to see me Monday evening. She never showed up. I was then told she would see me Tuesday morning, but that didn't happen either. I was then told that the Echo-Cardiogram scheduled for Tuesday would not happen and that it was rescheduled for Wednesday. They did actually do the second Cat-Scan and also an ultra-sound of the carotid artery, but no results would be available that day. I had decided that I could not stay for another day, and relayed this decision to the nursing staff, who said to wait for Dr. Mohsin, but when she hadn't shown by 15:30, I decided to sign myself out of the hospital without seeing her. Essentially, I never saw the woman even once. Until last week, I had always had a positive impression of Headwaters Hospital, but this last visit left a really bad taste.

Dr. Afshan Mohsin Was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and diagnose my symptom to the point and advised me and followed with other specialist for me to get help.

She made egotistical decisions. Disagreed with other specialist and said they were right. Unfit to practice medicine as her poor decion making could have put my wifes life in danger. This was communicated to us by the next doctor to see my wife during her heart procedure and week long stay at the hospital. GET A SECOND OPINION. THIS WOMAN COULD KILL YOU!
