On Dec. 2015 I visited her and I had exercise test, Electrocardiogram and Eco test, Dr. seemed caring but after all the tests, my family Dr. never got the result even after many calls her office made for following, I also contacted doctor's office almost every week asking secretary to submit the results to my family Dr. but still no result has been received by my family Dr. Despite all the messages I am leaving but I never get any call back. this is very disappointing. so I am not sure if I have any heart problem or not. if I get any problem related to my heart, I believe this Dr. will be responsible for negligence. I believe, she is the one to be responsible for her secretary's misconduct. Recently I heard from my sister that she also had the same disappointing experience around a year ago with Dr. Pourdowlat and her family doctor never got the result.
