I was denied service today after waiting over an hour to be called back to see Dr. Bahhti to address my severe eye pain.When I asked why I hadn't been seen the techs became very hostile towards me when I again questioned why everyone had been taken back who had come in after me. I was sitting and a male tech came over and towered over me in a threatening way and raised his voice at me to stop putting pressure on the other techs. I asked him to back off from me and to lower his voice with me. I suffer from severe social anxiety disorder and today's lack of care and mistreatment by the office makes me wary of seeking care elsewhere. The tech's behaviour was very unprofessional and he continued to stand over me in a threatening way. I then raised my voice at him and asked him again to back away. He then told me to leave and that I was not allowed to see Dr. Bahhti. I left as requested and I have tried to contact their office multiple times and unable to get through and unable to leave a message.

I went to see him at the Riverside Hospital because of some redness in my eye, which turned out to be some irritation due to my contacts. However, while examining my eyes, he and the other junior doctor working for him, noticed a bit of pressure developing behind my eyes. Dr. Bhatti had me return to have a very quick and painless laser shot to each of my eyes to correct this issue. He was very good in describing what was at issue and this preventative measure will prevent me from developing glaucoma in the future. I found him very caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
