I have been a patient of Dr. Hotz for 12 years. He is knowledgable, kind, polite, gracious, an attentive listener, respectful and warm. His advice and if prescriptions is needed, are always good. This week I have been sick and they have fit me in twice for same day appointments. He makes excellent referrals when specialists are needed. His punctuality is another trademark. Somehow, he always runs on time and his patients respect it by being on time as well.
