Dr. Barnett is unequivocally the best Dr. Orillia has to offer, he has set a nearly unreachable bar. Extremely knowledgable, and yet entirely humble, Aaron is a consummate leader. You want a real deal opinion, ask an emerge nurse and they will tell you this guy is an all star. If he is not you Dr. I am super sorry because the line up to have him is huge.
