Dr. Dragomir is ok. But Her secretary Oana is extremely rude. I'm pregnant 30 weeks and i got bad flu and fever, i made an appointment, but when I came to the office Oana said that " something wrong with my health coverage and if i want to see a doctor , pay 50$.There was nothing wrong with my health coverage and when I call to require about my coverage and the officer wanted to authorize that every thing is ok, Oana spoke with her father on the phone and she just hung up on the officer.She is unbelievable rude, and when I asked her why you talk with me like that ,I'm pregnant and came here from Richmond Hill with a fever,and sour throat, she said: "It's not my problem". I left the office without seeing a doctor , extremely exhausted, stressed out and even more sick. How could she be so rude with pregnant woman. Who she think, she is. Is any body know where I should complain about this rude behavior.
