Dr Smith might very well be knowledgeable and good doctor. But you will never find out. A doctor that just comes back from a vacation and leaves for another one and open a file as soon as you come in a room and has only 5 minutes for you as she has many many patients so many in fact that sometimes she doesnt get to eat lanch. And when she is leaving for another vacation its all good becouse north york general is a great hospital and some one will cover for her and she will get the info and will read it on you next 5 min visit after waiting for 30-40 min (even though you have an appointment you still have to wait. appointments are just for her to keep track) I can keep on going but its not worth my time. I hope you read this Dr'Smith and take it in to consideration. Being a doctor is not just a business it's an important job and it should be treated as one. Wish you all the best.! P.S Get a new secretary too.
