I don't ever right a negative review but with this doctor I felt no other option with this Doctor. She had absolutely no bed side manor, was extremely arrogant, didn't listen to a word I said regarding symptoms and as a result did not answer any questions I had. I found her to have absolutely not sympathy for the pain I was experiencing and she had no insight into what was going on, nor did she say she would investigate further via tests etc. Given the wait time to get an appointment and the length of time she kept me waiting in her patient room (over 2 hours) my visit was a complete disappointment. Typically the doctors at St.Michael's hospital are amazing, not sure how she slipped through the cracks. Given the chance I would have requested another doctor in a heart beat. I'm very surprised she has no other reviews about her conduct. I would give her a 0 score if I could. She was unhelpful, had no compassion, didn't listen to me, very arrogant, offered no help, and wasted my entire afternoon showing no consideration for my time by chatting with colleagues in the hall. I don't have one good thing to say unfortunately.

The care, respect and willingness to consider not only my opinion but of her intern was outstanding. Both her and the intern were compassionate, holistic and friendly. They should run classes on bed side manner for all hospital staff, this would be a much better world. They were thorough, patient yet respectful of my time. A gentleness I rarely encounter the medical establishment. Definitely a five!

I was so impressed with my experience visiting Dr. Erin Norris. I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me with all necessary information I needed to know. Dr Norris was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend this wonderful doctor.
