Like so many of these clinics, this is a business, but if it was not so critically needed, people would avoid the place. When you call, you get this bored message from a woman who sounds like she really does not want you to call, and frankly would rather you did not bother them. No true business can do this. How about providing courteous service! And, when you do call you must wait, and wait and wait. When go go to the window, they are quick to ensure they are behind the window. People are not much sicker at this window than at a bank teller, but it's like you have the plague. you have to pay to park and they are always late to get you. If any business operated like this you would not go back. the message is clear, they just don't want us.. but we have no choice.
