Concerned patient
When I make an appointment with my doctor, why do I have to take a number and wait for 3 hours for the walk in patients. The reason for the appointment so I can plan my day around my doctor visit. How can I be missing from work for 4 hours.

This is the worst place I have seen in Toronto. The staff are very very rude. They have the same mentality of running hospitals like in south asia. NEVER JOIN THIS FACILITY.

this place is so outdated and the family physicians are not even current with the latest practices in medicine. Clinic has a poor system with scheduling and over bookings. Patients have a minimum of 2 hours wait regardless of time or day you go to this clinic. Really cannot beleive this place runs this way.

Doctors are very good, Specially Doctor Alnoor Aziz but the Recepionest and other staff are very rude, I will not recommend to go to this Clinic.
