His patient

Doctor is perfect if you can reach him . Front desk needs improvement. They do not return your calls and they do not help when you try to do your follow ups. Why is that I do not understand. Is it that hard to find a good employee who can care the patients and the doctor too?

The Doctor is ok, but his office assistant is very unproffesional. She never ansvers the phone, rarely returns phone messages and is very rude.

An excellent Dr. Takes the time to explaion in layman's terms what is going on and what the options are for treatment. This sometimes results in a bit of delay in the appointment schedule to possible longer time with some patients to ensure all concerns are addressed satisfactorily.

It is rare that you can find a Doctor who truly cares and follows up with his or her patients. Dr Abdalian is a professional with heart and I appreciated his communication and skills in treating me. He is in demand because he is excellent at what he does.
