I have been a patient of Dr. Monton for many many years. He was my ob/gyn when i was pregnant with both my children. The problem i have with Dr. Monton at the moment is the fact that he over books appointments. He is so busy that when someone tries to call his office to confirm an appointment that was made 6 months in advance, it's impossible to get through. Not because the line is constantly busy but because the only response is an answering machine that tells you that the message box your trying to reach is full and to please call back again later. At the same time, his receptionist never calls to confirm appointments even though they are made 6 months in advance and personally, i think that's wrong. Last year i had an appointment with Dr. Monton but one week before the appointment came up, i got a message on my answering machine at home telling me that the appointment had to be canceled and that i needed to call back and rebook a new one. Ya, right......as if i could even get through to book a new appointment. I think Dr. Monton is a wonderful doctor but the service his office and receptionist offers is shit! It's been almost 2 years since i've seen him and i still can't get through to make an appointment. I'm very seriously not happy. I really value him as my doctor and would rather not have to change to another doctor but i believe Dr. Monton needs to do something about management in his office.

I am Dr. Monton's patient for the past 6 years. He is the Best doctor I have seen in my life! Not only he makes time to give the knowledge and answering questions, he is also a kind human being with morals and high level of professionalism. The Best doctor by far in Montreal. His style is un-real, and as patient I never felt ignored. He makes the time for each visit and he is very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Dr. Monton if you can become his patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Monton and I have had nothing but a positive experience very time I see him. Yes it is hard to get through to the secretary, however, his patient are all grown up women and if you make an appointment you should be responsible enough to write it done. The on doctor that I go see that confirms his appointments is my dentist. My other doctors, do not. It is rare now a days to find a doctors office that has time to confirm appointments. On the day of my appointment, I often wait longer than normal, however, when it is my turn Dr. Monton does not rush my appointment. He is kind and caring and takes the time to anwser all my questions. Dr. Monton is a wonderful, knowledgable doctor and if you have the chance to be his patient he is one of the best.

Dr Monton is the best doctor I've ever known and believe me I have seen a lot. He is honest, trust worthy, and you could tell he really believes and loves his work. Yes, I will not deny that there is a long wait to see him but, he is worth the wait in my book!! Dr Monton you are the best! You saved my life more than once and that is something I will never forget!
